I’m in the middle of writing several long stories, and I’m looking for someone to proof read, beta or even co-write…

Below I have listed a summary of what these fic’s are about…

I will try and post a couple of the first chapters of each, to give you a feel for my stories…

I’m really new and somewhat insecure in my writing, I haven’t posted much, but I have been writing, a lot… I really appreciate any and all feedback, even constructive criticism…

I'm working on a huge story "The Flash Series" that covers a century, and deals with memory loss and past lives… I kind of became obsessed with it, like QAF in general and started thinking about it from multiple perspectives… if you read Angels and Greek Gods it’s another take on the same theme, only from heaven…

So here goes... It hard to put into words this whole massive theory you have behind something, and why past events effect present day, and tag throughout history.

Brett's Aidan McKinney (1890’s) - (Brian) is a genius, sent to study at Harvard at a young age, gets a Law Degree and Medical Degree, and specializes in Psychiatry, or moreover studies and research’s human sexuality, or should I say homosexuality... While studying one night him and he's other brilliant friends stumble upon/develop bdsm... his research is born... He is very political active, and works underground to fight the current criminalization of homosexuality...

He meets Jonah (Justin) in London and falls in love, his friends convince him he should marry, as a cover for all his research, and high profile lifestyle, and position in life... they want him to marry Lara (Lindsay) he refuses at first, but actually marries Jonah, and brings both of them, with him back to America... He moves back to Pittsburgh, has a legal dispute with his family... He builds what will become Britin, life goes on blah, blah... Jonah is murdered in the woods with an axe to the head... Grant (Gus) witness's it, and becomes catatonic... Brett struggles with all the pain and guilt for two years and then commits suicide... all his research is exposed, and the family is totally shamed, and shunned.... they shorten their name to Kinney...

It’s Just a Flash - I was always disappointed that Cowlip didn’t explore more of the loss of memory issues, and the depth of emotions that live unresolved in them. This fanfic explores the hidden emotions and the way memories can invade and consume your subconscious until they finally rear there nasty little head, or should I say a beautiful blond boys creativity.

Now for my take on what my Flash series is really about... is emotions... love, desire, longing, need, understanding, and pure lust...

But now its more than that... It's about lose of love, Brett's unable to cope with Jonah's death, about being overwhelmed with grief and regret... about blaming himself, and feeling like he failed Jonah... it’s about being alone... about losing his son, about being a trained as a psychiatrist, and not being able to save him...

It's the back story of why Brian is so closed off emotionally, besides all the bullshit from his own life, he carries all the pain and anger from his past life (s), he's in denial, and yet feels connected to Justin because there soul mates... and the need to make things right... to feel whole again... even if it is all sub- conscious...

They weren't supposed to die this way, so they keep going back, but they keep fucking it up... Brian does die scarfing... multiple attemps to get it right... The mansion sits empty waiting for them, finally in flashes they find there way home, and start remembering, and finding traces of there past lifes... Angels and Greek Gods is a good over view of this concept with a twist...

I think you could read both Flashes, and McKinney at the same time, they would stand alone as there own stories just fine... in some ways for me its the never ending story... because I love long fanfics, I never want them to end... and why should it, when your playing with history, covering a century's worth of time, just think of all the decades you can go back and explore... I know I'm crazy..

Angels and Greek Gods - My thought on this one is that Justin is an Angel, and has the ability to travel to heaven, or not... He loves Brian so much, and does want to leave him so he waits... to stubborn to go forth... He somehow convinced the council to let Brian go on sabbatical for 50 years... with Justin... Even God can't resist his sunshine smile...

Brian actually thinks they are in heaven... But they're really just in a transitional station, a place where souls just pass through on there way... Somewhere between heaven and hell, Kind of like grand central station surrounded by a small beautiful city, and a peaceful countryside of rolling hills, valley, lakes, forest, and mountains...

To be honest it’s very similar to earth, because most souls here are neither good or evil, just like on earth... But most don't have the option of staying... only the chosen ones, the gifted...

So, it tends to attract the best of the best because, well heaven is just to squeaky clean and boring, and lets face it we all have a dark side in us...

So Brian was really allowed to ascend from hell for Sigmund Freud’s research, but Justin’s lead to believe it was for him... Brian hangs with the brain-anics, because he is a genius in his own right... anyways Einstein is always taking about his string theory, and I'm toying with the idea of multiple lifetimes in the string theory... as well as them having to correct there past mistakes and finally live the life they were meant to live a hundred years ago...
