Thanks so much! I want to thank the Academy. It’s a great honor to accept this award on behalf of all the GLBT community! And of course I couldn’t have done it without my co-star and best friend Randy Harrison!

Yes I have no doubt he would be eloquent, while demeaning the homophobes all at once... I's squeal with delight if I ever saw the two of them accepting an award together for QAF...

Who knows maybe when were old and gray(er) they finally acknowledge QAF for the groundbreaking show that it was, and still is...

I didn't find the show until it was off the air, did they ever receive any awards for their acting in a drama series?

Maybe they will along with a best black actress, and actor award. It might be they only way these minorities ever get recognized...

A lifetime achievement award would work too...
